Certain food items which can be considered as excellent sources ofvitamin E include avocados, olives, papayas, broccoli, asparagus, mangoes,rockfish, liver, blue crab, sweet potatoes, egg yolks, pumpkins, tomatoproducts and fortified cereals. Other food sources may include green leafyvegetables such as dandelion greens , collard, beets, turnips and spinach. Nutslike hazelnuts and almonds and seeds such as sunflower are also remarkablesources of vitamin E.
