Rather, they switch from a single idea to another one without logic; have troubles expressing meaningful linguistic structures, making others have trouble understanding them. Often, they might speak in gibberish, uttering words which only make sense to them.
This thinking disorganization influences one's lifestyle significantly. A person's behavior is, therefore affected. Disorganized schizophrenics have trouble taking care of themselves in terms of personal hygiene, adequate clothing, eating patterns and overall behavior. Therefore, they are bound to stand out from the crowd, often wearing more layers of dirty clothes on a warm day, expressing inappropriate behavior in public etc.
Finally, these people usually have no facial expressions. They rarely show adequate emotional expressions in certain situations. Rather, they are prone to laughing violently in serious events and expressing other emotional incompatibilities in different situations.

Often, people with disorganized schizophrenia do not realize that they are suffering from a mental disease, and need all the support they can get from their friends and family in order to accept seeking medical help. Therefore, people close to these schizophrenics must talk with them, make them realize the state of affairs they are in, and give their best to help. If you notice these, react immediately and make sure the person in question receives proper treatment as soon as possible. Finally, you need to bear in mind that proper treatment is necessary for curing these people. Therefore, you need to get them to the hospital before any progress can be made.
