Is there a cure for canavan disease

There is no known cure for theCanavan disease. It is possible to treat the symptoms. Some of the symptomscould be controlled by medications. This is a rapidly progressive disease andit is fatal. Most individuals with Canavan disease die in their childhood,until the age of 4, but some of them live until the teenage age, and some ofthem even reach their twenties.
