Osteoarthritis is caused by the repetitive work injuries andsome type of trauma, commonly in people over 65 years of age. Joints of the fingers,knees, hips and spine are the most commonly affected parts of the body. Thiscondition may also lead to inflammation and pain in other joints of the body, suchas wrists, ankles, elbows or shoulders. Osteoarthritis affects the cartilageand causes its transformation to structure similar to the bones, which in turncauses bone injuries, stiffness and pain.

What Can You Do?

Arthritis pain may be resolved with some natural means. Peoplesuffering from arthritis find that the use of castor oil or cod liver oil maybe very helpful. Garlic and Ashwagandha are also recommended by many patients.
