People also need to refrain from eating too many legumes, grains, fish and poultry products.

Eating foods low in acidic content will not only help to manage digestive problems, but they will also increase bone health as well.

Highly acidic foods can lead to problems such as osteoporosis if constantly consumed in high amounts.
