A person should brush his or her teeth at least twice per day and floss them once every day. This is all that needs to be done in order for the focal infection to be prevented. Teeth, gum, tongue and tonsils and the organs that focal disease attacks the most. A person needs to remember that he or she cannot know whether he or she is suffering from focal infection, only the dentist can do that.
