The chin fat is the ugly sagging of the skin which occurs under the skin due to excessive eating, which in the majority of cases eventually stores the excess fat in various parts of the body, including the chin. There is a set of exercises that can reduce the fat under the chin so that if the person with double chin wants to eliminate it he/she should practice those exercises everyday. The desirable results can be achieved by burning more calories than consumed. One can choose to do some of the cardiovascular exercise, such as running, jogging, walking, swimming or cycling. However, there is a special set of exercises called double chin workout which directly aim at the fatty chin.
The person with the fatty chin should keep the head high with the jaw which sticks out. This posture should be maintained all day until the condition improves. Furthermore, the shoulders and the upper body should be remained still while the chin is pushed forward for about 10 seconds. It should be repeated 10 times.
The double chin may be eliminated by eating proper foods as well as by avoiding the unhealthy food high in calories. The person who wants to get rid of the fatty chin should be on low fat diet and stay away from the junk and processed foods as well as oily and fried foods. The third way to get rid of the double chin apart from the balanced diet and proper exercises is a surgical procedure which can be either liposuction or cosmetic surgery, such as neck lift and laser surgery, for example.
